Pre-Transport Health Clearance

24–48 hours before departure, a licensed veterinarian conducts a final health check to confirm: the pet is fit to travel, not stressed or in heat, body temperature and hydration are normal, and no new health concerns have emerged since the main health certificate was issued. A fresh Fit-to-Travel certificate is issued and uploaded to the buyer's account.

Species-Specific Travel Crate Prepared

Each pet is assigned a species-appropriate travel crate: IATA-approved airline crates for air transport, ventilated mesh crates for road, and custom compartmentalised crates for birds or small animals. The crate is cleaned, lined with comfort bedding, fitted with a water dispenser and food tray, and clearly labelled with pet name, breed, destination, and emergency contact.

Live Video Call at Collection Point

When our delivery escort arrives to collect the pet, a live video call is placed with the buyer. The buyer watches the pet being gently placed into the travel crate, the crate being secured and locked, and the exact moment of departure. No hidden substitutions at any stage of the journey.

A trained, pet-handling-certified escort travels with your pet from door to door — no handoffs, no third-party couriers, no cargo holds without supervision. The escort is trained in pet first aid, stress management, species-specific feeding, and emergency protocols. Your pet has a dedicated human companion at all times.

For journeys exceeding 6 hours, the escort stops at pre-approved pet-friendly rest points. Dogs are given water, food, and a brief supervised exercise break. Birds and cats receive water and a visual welfare check. Stress indicators — panting, feather puffing, vocalization — are monitored and logged throughout.

Arrival Inspection at Destination

On arrival in the buyer's city, the escort conducts a visual health check: hydration, body temperature, responsiveness, coat/feather condition.
