1. Company Information and Platform Overview

Nearby Pets India is managed by KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited.

We operate as an aggregator platform, connecting buyers with pet sellers or breeders. Please note that we do not directly own, breed, or house any pets unless explicitly stated. The sellers listed on our platform are third-party providers, and all transactions are made at the buyer’s discretion.

2. Age Restriction

To ensure responsible pet ownership and compliance with legal standards, both buyers and affiliates must be 18 years of age or older to place an order or engage with our platform's purchasing functionalities. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Order Placement: All orders must be placed directly through the Nearby Pets India website to ensure you benefit from the facilities and support we provide.
• Payment Process: Payments must be made exclusively through designated secure third-party gateways or bank accounts. Do not make direct payments to affiliates or sellers. We are not responsible for losses arising from payments made directly to individuals.
• Booking Confirmation: A partial or full payment may be required to confirm your pet booking.
• Payment Modes:
  • Domestic: Bank Transfers (IMPS, NEFT, UPI).
  • International: Remitly or designated country-specific bank accounts.
• No Cash on Delivery: Nearby Pets India does not offer 100% Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Invoice and Receipts: Invoices are generated after order confirmation; receipts are provided upon successful payment.

4. Pet Listings and Verification

Dynamic Listings: Images, prices, and descriptions are uploaded by individual sellers and may vary in real-time.

Seller Verification: While we attempt to verify sellers, we do not guarantee the authenticity, health, or pedigree of any pet unless explicitly mentioned in specific contractual agreements.

Buyer Due Diligence: We strongly advise buyers to:

• Review all documentation (health records, vaccine certificates, pedigree papers) before purchase.
• Request veterinary checks at your own expense if needed.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on location and the pet's readiness for transport (age, vaccination status, and permits). Specific estimates are provided during the order process.

6. Health, Warranty & Liability

Health Guarantees: Any specific health guarantees or warranties are provided solely by the individual breeder/seller, not by Nearby Pets India.

Liability Limitation: We do not assume liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage caused by or related to any pet purchased through our platform.

Post-Purchase Issues: Once a pet is handed over, it becomes the user's responsibility. Refund requests must be raised with supporting veterinary documentation under the specific seller's policy.

7. State Regulations and Bans

Availability of certain breeds may vary based on state regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and comply with local regulations regarding pet ownership in their area.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, designs, texts, graphics) are the intellectual property of KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited. This content may not be used or reproduced without express prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations, refuse service at our discretion, and take legal action against users who violate applicable laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kharar, Punjab, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised "Updated Date." Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of revised terms.
